How we charge
No money changes hands for work you haven’t seen.
Our billing model exists because the standard one is backwards. Deposits protect the consultant. Milestones protect you.
Approve, then invoice
Nothing upfront
Work runs in defined milestones. An invoice is issued only after a milestone is completed, revised as needed, and approved by you.
Revisions included
Not an upsell
Reasonable revisions to reach the agreed outcome are part of the milestone. We don’t bill you to finish what we started.
Pro rata refunds
You keep your money
If a project can’t be completed, you receive a pro rata refund for any paid-but-undelivered milestone. Work that didn’t reach a milestone isn’t charged at all.
